Super nice hotel in top location.

Fantastic location close to tourist attractions and museums. Very helpful and kind staff.

Our room was facing the street and was a bit noisy. Also no lift, was hard to get the cases up to the 3rd floor on the spiral staircase.

Good value, especially with the quality breakfast!

Fabulous even elegant breakfast in a cozy, classy hotel. Highly recommend it for good service and its La Candelaria location. Walkable to lots of restaurants and shops.

We had a street facing room, very nice, but not quiet, not even on a week night. I don’t know if the hotel has quieter options.

it was well located in the old town. service was very good. Breakfast was good. they said the rooms were soundproof, but they were not.

What was the highlight of Hotel Casa Deco

Clean, contemporary hotel well situated in the center of the action. You can walk everywhere.

Breakfast was very limited. The juices were very good. The overhead lights should be turned on in the dining room. Rocio is fabulous, lovely, gracious demeanor. No one told us that there was a roof terrace. On arrival, the front desk person should point out all of the amenities of the hotel so that we can enjoy them.

The hotel arranged a pick up at the airport. We arrived at 1am. The shuttle never came and no one called me. We had to do it on our own. On arrival we were told the car broke down. That's not acceptable. We should have been called. We were also told we had to pay for the additional night. We arrived at the hotel about 3 am. We didn't think that was right either. A couple of times, during our stay, I arrived at the door and no one was at the desk. I had to wait for someone to arrive to let me in. That is not safe or right.

Modest place for a short stay.

The staff was kind. Nice restaurants and room was spacious.

It’s in the historic center which is amazing during the day but at night you have to be more cautious.

Loved my stay at Hotel Casa Deco!

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Casa Deco. If you are looking for a wonderful stay in LA Candelaria, I highly recommend this hotel. Easy walk to all the attractions - Botero museum, Bolivar plaza, artisan markets, Museo del Oro, and much more. My room was spacious, very clean, the bed was comfortable and I had a nice view of the city. I also loved the rooftop terrace. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. They provided wonderful recommendations and there was someone at the desk 24 hours a day. I felt very safe and well taken care of.

Overall, a wonderful experience! The hot water in the shower could have been hotter, but this is a tiny thing. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of La Candelaria.

Breakfast was good, and in a very nice ambiance. Room was bright and spacious (but see 'What didnt you like'). Generally a very nice atmosphere throughout the hotel.

On arrival, no internet. Later on, internet came back but it was never very strong or stable. TELEVISION IN MY ROOM NEVER WORKED, "Because the internet is not strong enough".... No (writing) desk, only a tiny tiny coffee table (room 305). Such a large room, especially if accommodating 2 guests, could/should have a decent, much much much larger table or desk! During my stay, the weather was very cold (around 10 Centigrade) and the rooms dont have heating. I was forever chilled during my stay. The lighting: functional, but the room and bathroom would be so much nicer if thought would be put in the lighting.

Fantastic hotel

The staff are fantastic! Ingrid has gone out of her way to make sure I am looked after. The location is in the centre of Candaleria so perfect for walking across town without a car. Breakfast was very decent and their natural tea that’s served throughout the day is soooooooo good!

I wish their restaurant served lunch and dinner but it’s not an issue as there are plenty of places to eat within close proximity. While not an issue for me, there’s no elevators so for those who can’t climb stairs it might not be a suitable option.

Fantastic little hotel in a great location!

Breakfast was perfect. Staff was so professional and accomodating. Great location and we really liked the way the hotel was decorated and felt so comfortable. The view from our patio was spectacular and it felt like a home away from home. I would come back there again.

Great choice for historic Bogota

Excellent location, a short distance from several restaurants and bars. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Plentiful breakfast. friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast room quite small for size of hotel, waited for table on first morning when large group was departing early. No problems during the rest of our stay.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Lacandelaria

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Top location. Yes it is a bit noisy but this is Colombia for you. Always travel with earplugs!

Only a suggestion would be to offer purified water to fill recycable bottles instead of selling plastic water bottles. They offer recycling but could dtart with reducing plastic usage in the first place.

A wonderful place to stay in the centre of Bogota

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Stayed on the top floor with terrace which was amazing. They even let us stay in this room even though we should have moved into a smaller room for the start of our tour. Breakfast was simple but delicious: fruit bread and eggs cooked to order. Transfer from the airport (with a charge) was simple and easy.
